Thank you for your unwavering support. At eTrailz, we prioritize mutual benefits and are committed to building lasting partnerships with our customers. In our continuous effort to enhance your experience, we present our updated warranty policy:

One-Month Full Replacement: Items defective due to manufacturing faults within one month of receipt are eligible for a new replacement. Customers must return the defective item to qualify. Note: Items without manufacturing defects, subjected to external repairs, attempted self-repairs, or damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for replacement.

Three-Months Free Spare Parts: For manufacturing-related defects identified within three months, we provide free spare parts. This includes access to repair tutorials and assistance from our quality control and engineering teams. Important: The warranty does not cover items repaired externally, self-repaired, or damaged through misuse.

Post-Three-Months Spare Parts Purchase: Beyond three months, customers can purchase spare parts for maintenance. Our UK warehouses ensure prompt delivery. Support, including repair tutorials and professional guidance, remains available. This clause follows the same exclusions for external repairs, self-repairs, and misuse.

Lifelong Maintenance Service: We offer lifelong maintenance services for our products. Customers are responsible for shipping and repair costs. Items showing signs of external repair, self-repair, or misuse may void the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions:
- This warranty is void if the bike shows signs of external repairs, self-repairs, or damage caused by misuse.
- Only manufacturing defects are covered under this warranty.
- Bikes not purchased directly from eTrailz or an authorized eTrailz dealer are not eligible for warranty coverage.
