We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting our website, browsing products, creating an account, contacting us, using website chat, placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies linked from them.
These Terms apply to all website users, including visitors, customers, account holders and anyone who submits content, messages, enquiries, reviews or other information through our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase from us.
4. Linked Policies
The following policies form part of these Terms where relevant:
If a product page contains specific terms, warranty information, delivery notes, compatibility notes or usage warnings, those product-specific details also apply to your purchase.
5. Eligibility and Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on our website.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, creating an account or contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account.
We may refuse, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been misused, used fraudulently, used unlawfully, or used in breach of these Terms.
6. Products, Descriptions and Suitability
We aim to describe our products accurately and clearly. Product descriptions, images, specifications, colours, dimensions, range estimates, speed information, compatibility notes and availability are provided in good faith.
Small differences may occur between product images and the item supplied due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturer updates, batch changes or minor specification updates. We will not knowingly misrepresent a product.
E-bikes, scooters and similar products are specialist items. Before ordering, please check the product title, specifications, battery capacity, motor rating, size, weight, range estimate, tyre size, maximum load, legal road-use information and delivery requirements.
Product range, speed and performance can vary depending on rider weight, road conditions, tyre pressure, weather, gradient, assistance level, battery condition, maintenance and riding style. Published range figures are manufacturer estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed mileage.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us before placing your order by email or through the chat/message option on our website.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product(s) in your basket. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance of the order.
We may contact you before accepting or dispatching an order if we need to verify details, confirm delivery information, check stock availability, resolve a payment issue or clarify product suitability.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- There is an obvious pricing, stock, description or technical error.
- Payment is declined, reversed, flagged or not authorised.
- The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or outside our delivery area.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, resale abuse or unlawful activity.
- We are legally or practically unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s), unless we are legally entitled to withhold or offset an amount.
8. Pricing, Payment and Promotions
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Discount codes, promotions, bundles and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Discount codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively after an order is placed unless we agree otherwise.
Payments are processed through the payment options shown at checkout, which may include card payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other available providers.
9. Delivery, Shipping and Risk
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but delays can occur due to courier networks, stock movement, address issues, weather, customs, security checks or other events outside our direct control.
Please provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information supplied by you.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them. Ownership passes when we have received full payment for the goods.
10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Returns, Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy.
For most online purchases, consumers have the right to tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the item. After notifying us, the item must be returned within the required timeframe. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For change-of-mind returns of large items such as e-bikes and scooters, return collection costs and deductions may apply as explained in our Returns, Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy.
To receive a full product refund for a non-fault return, the item should be unused, complete, clean and in resaleable condition. If the item has been handled beyond reasonable inspection, assembled, ridden outdoors, damaged, modified, returned dirty or returned incomplete, we may make a reasonable deduction for reduced value.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by email or through the chat/message option on our website.
We may ask for your order number, delivery postcode, photos, videos, packaging images or other evidence so we can investigate and provide the right solution.
Depending on the issue and timing, solutions may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, fitting support, return for inspection, repair, replacement or refund where required.
12. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Our commercial warranty and support process are explained in our Returns, Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy.
Unless a product page clearly states a longer warranty, all brands purchased from eTrailz follow the same warranty policy. This includes current brands and any additional brands we may add in the future.
Warranty support is subject to diagnosis and does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, punctures, brake pad wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, poor maintenance, water damage beyond the product rating or faults caused by incorrect assembly, storage or handling.
Please contact us before arranging third-party repairs. We do not cover third-party repair costs unless we have approved them in writing before the work is carried out.
13. Product Use, Safety and Legal Responsibility
You are responsible for using products safely, lawfully and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, user manuals, safety warnings and applicable local laws.
For e-bikes, scooters and powered products, you are responsible for checking where and how the product may legally be used. Laws can vary depending on the product type, specification, location and use case.
- Always read the manual and safety instructions before use.
- Carry out basic safety checks before riding or operating a product.
- Use appropriate protective equipment where suitable.
- Do not overload, modify, derestrict or misuse products.
- Do not use damaged, unsafe or faulty products.
- Do not use incompatible chargers, batteries, parts or accessories.
Modifying, derestricting, opening electrical systems, using incompatible chargers or ignoring safety guidance can be dangerous and may void warranty support.

- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

- Use our website in a way that breaches applicable laws or third-party rights.

15. Reviews, Messages, Feedback and User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, feedback, chat messages, support information or other content, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
We may use customer reviews, feedback and submitted content to respond to enquiries, provide support, improve our services, display reviews, resolve disputes and operate our business.
We may remove or refuse to publish content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, offensive, spam, irrelevant, contains personal data that should not be public, or violates these Terms.

19. Errors, Inaccuracies and Availability
Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate information or omissions relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, stock availability, delivery charges or delivery estimates.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change availability, cancel affected orders or contact you for instructions where information is incorrect. We will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may update, suspend, maintain or modify the website from time to time.
20. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for delays, failures or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supply-chain delays, severe weather, technical outages, strikes, customs issues, payment provider problems, platform outages or other external events.
21. Indemnity for Misuse
If you misuse our website, breach these Terms, infringe third-party rights, submit unlawful content or use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes, you may be responsible for losses, costs, claims or damages we suffer as a result.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and does not apply to ordinary consumer use of our website or products.
22. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed to the minimum extent necessary. The rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
23. No Waiver
If we do not enforce a right or provision under these Terms, this does not mean we have waived that right or provision. We may still enforce it later.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your part of the UK.
