I recently purchased the KOOLUX X11 folding fat-tire e-bike from e-trailz, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service!

e-trailz's service was fantastic. The communication regarding my order was prompt and helpful, and the delivery was quick.
Both bikes have performed really well they have a great range on the battery and really come into their own on uphill climbs. They can be pedalled on the flat withoutbany assistance however due to weight if on slight uphill incline then battery assistance is required. Great aftersales after I had to replace a part thanks for your help.
