1. Coverage Summary

Frame & Front Fork 36 months Manufacturing defects (e.g. weld failures, cracks)
Handle & Stem 12 months Structural defects
Flywheel & Charger 6 months Performance faults
Controller, Motor, Battery 12 months Performance faults & battery capacity issues
Speed Control Lever 3 months Malfunctions, display errors
Brake Lever & Assist 3 months Power delivery or induction faults

Excluded “Vulnerable Parts”
Plastic trim, brake pads, pedals, tyres—and any consumables—are not covered.


2. How to Claim

  1. Gather:

    • Order number + purchase date

    • Clear description of the fault

    • Photos or video proof

  2. Submit:
    Email Sales@etrailz-eu.com with the above details.

  3. Response:
    We’ll acknowledge within 24 hours and guide you on next steps.


3. Repair & Replacement

  • In-Warranty:
    Free replacement parts shipped from our UK warehouses, plus repair tutorials.

  • Post-Warranty:
    Parts sold at cost; customer covers shipping.

  • Lifelong Support:
    We’ll keep helping you with repair advice for the life of your bike.


4. Transport & Customer-Related Damage

  • Transit Damage:
    Case-by-case resolution—replacement parts or compensation.

  • Misuse or Unauthorized Repair:
    Voids warranty. Please don’t attempt external fixes.
