Excluded “Vulnerable Parts”
Plastic trim, brake pads, pedals, tyres—and any consumables—are not covered.

4. Transport & Customer-Related Damage

Transit Damage:
Case-by-case resolution—replacement parts or compensation. -
Misuse or Unauthorized Repair:
Voids warranty. Please don’t attempt external fixes.
