What is the top speed? Can it be unlocked?
Default is 25 km/h (15.5 mph) for road use. You can unlock up to 32 km/h (20 mph) for private property riding.
Is it legal to unlock the speed for road use?
No. On public roads in the UK, keep the bike limited to 25 km/h and 250W to remain road-legal. Higher speeds are for private land only.
How far can I ride on one charge?
Typical range is 12–25 miles (≈19–40 km) depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, tyre pressure and speed.
How long does charging take?
About 5–6 hours with the included 42V/2A charger.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. The 36V/10.4Ah battery is removable for convenient charging and storage.
