What is the top speed? Can it be unlocked?
Default is 25 km/h (15.5 mph) for road use. You can unlock up to 32 km/h (20 mph) for private property riding.
Is the 500W motor road-legal in the UK?
On public roads, e-bikes must be limited to 250W and 25 km/h to be road-legal. Use higher power or unlocked speed on private land only.
Does it support a second battery?
Yes. Add a second 48V 10.4Ah battery to reach 20Ah total capacity. Charge each battery (about 5–6 hours per pack) and swap or run via the bike’s selector if fitted.
Are the baskets included?
Rear rack is included. Front and rear baskets are optional add-ons and mount to the integrated racks.
What range should I expect?
About 12–40 miles (≈19–64 km) per charge depending on battery configuration, rider weight, terrain, temperature, tyre pressure and speed.
What rider height does it fit?
Recommended for riders 155–190 cm.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes, IP54 rated, fine for light rain and wet roads. Avoid submersion and pressure washing.
Does it have a throttle?
A throttle is included in the box. Use of a throttle on public roads may require additional approvals; PAS riding keeps it UK-legal.
